The smart event communication platform can easily be embedded in your existing infrastructure using interfaces or an alarm media gateway. This means that status updates, information messages and urgent alerting messages are transmitted directly to your central event engine.

In the event of faults, the competent qualified personnel will be automatically alerted. Serinus takes into account duty rosters and on call schedules, as well as communication paths through which the respective employees can be contacted.

Through the confirmation function, Serinus receives a qualified feedback on the availability and response times of your teams and can initiate an automatic escalation, if necessary.
