Smart Alarm Workflows – Serinus offers a smart and fully-automated alerting function, which can be executed using different communication channels. Targeted alarms are triggered taking into account duty rosters, location information and qualifications, while false alarms are prevented and qualified feedback is guaranteed. A detailed logging of the alerting processes can be used at any time to improve processes.
