Hagen, May 5th, 2021 – The entire Serinus team is pleased to welcome Felix Sohn as a new employee. Serinus continues to grow. This has the positive consequence that the number of new tasks and projects increases. In order to provide the best support especially for our partners and customers, we have gained an experienced support manager in Felix Sohn.
Felix Sohn is a part of the Serinus team since this week. He joins our project management as a 3rd level support engineer and will mainly be part of the Serinus support due to his previous work experience and technical know-how.
Starting in classic 1st level support, he switched to 2nd and 3rd level support. Most recently, Felix worked as a manager of a support department for a leading European company in source-to-pay and e-invoicing solutions. In addition to his role as people manager, he was involved in the day-to-day operations of the support department and optimized the customer experience.
Felix has a total of 16 years of professional experience in support, which Serinus and all its partners and customers will benefit from.
